Hi Amy! We stay through 10/3 and catch the start of Food & Wine Fest. Is this something we can do with kids? DD 18 mo, niece 8, nephew 9. Mixed group with adult only couples, too. We'd love to stick together though! Hope we can see you and your hubby t

    Hiya Katie!

Absolutely, Epcot's Food & Wine Festival is great for kids!

Although, I did notice last year that there were many more adults during the evening hours. I think that all that incredible food inspired date night & brought out college age groups.  As a family we enjoyed the day activities more.

My kids always learn something new and cool about different cultures in Epcot, but during Food & Wine they had the opportunity to pick up even more because Epcot adds about 20 new food kiosks around the Park. This is the fun kind of learning where they really aren't aware of how much they are picking up, they just know it's cool! There are many unusual foods at the special Country kiosks for adventurous eaters there, but even for the more timid eaters out there the food is presented in a way that it isn't intimidating, plus the portions (& prices!) are small. There were lots of desserts that were amazing!

We were there with our dear friends & their little girls aged 5 & 3 last year. Our kids were 6 & 9 at the time. It was really a wonderful bonding experience for all of us & I can't wait to do it again this year!

The hubby is so excited about doing a cooking demo this year at the Fest! He's combining his favorites: cooking, teaching food, meeting new people & Disney World!

I hope you have a fabulous time & enjoy it as much as we do!
