Have 2&4yr old. About going back to room for naps. How do you schedule that in? I don't want 2 wake them early, so by the time we get to the park, eat, do some rides, watch the 3:00 parade. I feel like most of our time is on the bus. Parks close at 8is

Hmmm...when my kids were that age we divided and conquered.  If you have that ability it will help.  The four year old may not be ready to nap, because they get really excited. Sleep just doesn't always make it in the plan...My two year old seemed to fall asleep in the stroller...or if he was on the verge of a melt down, we had previously decided that one of us would take whichever child back to the room to nap.  It sounds funny, but one of us was always ready to go back and rest in air conditioning.  It's really hard to hold a hard schedule when in Disney, mostly because there are so many new distractions.  I also kept breakfast items in the room, like pop tarts, and cereal bars.  I would also pack peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the diaper bag so they could snack or eat when they wanted.  If you are wanting a character breakfast, pick a time about 45 minutes before the park opens, and then when you are finished, you will be already one step closer to the attractions without the crowds.  I would recommend getting to the front of the park to watch the parade about 2:15 to hold a place.  I or my husband would stand at the end of Main Street, with the strollers and plop down on the curb.  We would then strategically purchase a Mickey Bar, and they would eat the ice cream as they waited, and the rest was just long enough for my son to fall asleep.  If that didn't work, then we would purchase a balloon and that was all we needed to do.  When the parks closed we would go back to the resort, or head to Downtown Disney.  When we were there in September, there was a dance show across from Whetsels Pretzels in the Marketplace.  There was a DJ and he was teaching dances like the electric slide, Macarana, to kids and adults...it was so much fun to watch, and admittedly...participate in.  The Marketplace/Pleasure Island has really moved to a family friendly environment.  I guess the best advice I could give would be to be flexible.  Have a fabulous trip!!!
