Hi there, Leigh Ann!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How excited are you that your Disney Cruise Line vacation is just around the corner?!?! Before you know it, you will be on your way to the Bahamas with Captain Mickey for some fun in the sun!
Disney Cruise Line has a very unique
alcohol policy, allowing EACH Guest age 21 or older to bring onboard up to 2 unopened bottles of wine (750ml MAX) OR up to 6 bottles of beer (12oz MAX each) at embarkation and at each port of call. So, if you have two adults in your stateroom, you can bring up to four bottles of wine or 12 bottles of beer (or a combination). Then, when you disembark in Nassau, you can always restock, if needed. My husband always like to sample the local brews, so he will usually pick up some beer near the port before getting back on the ship. Guests who do bring on beer or wine are asked to keep it in their carry-on luggage and not in their checked luggage. Any beer or wine that you bring onboard can be enjoyed in your stateroom, but if you plan to take it to the dining room to have with your dinner, please note that there is a corking fee that will be charged to your stateroom account.
If bringing onboard alcohol is not an option, there are some beer or wine packages that can be purchased onboard or ahead of time through
In Room Gifts and Amenities. These can be enjoyed in your stateroom or in the dining room without a corking fee. Also be sure to check out the onboard lounges; my favorite is Pink, the champagne bar!
Have just the best time on your magical and memorable Disney Cruise Line vacation!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
