    Amber, trip in Aug, staying CBR pirate rooms.Requested ground level b/c 3 under 10 and we will be tired in pm. (We don't want to carry them up stairs:-). Heard that we need to call them to make sure they still have it in system. How far ahead? Thanks tons

    Thanks for the question!

    I would recommend calling the Caribbean Beach resort 7-10 days before your arrival date to verify that they are aware of your specific room requests. Requests are never guaranteed, but the cast members do their best to accommodate guests whenever possible. You can contact the CBR directly at 407-934-3400.
