Hello, Audrey! Welcome to planDisney!
I see that your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort and your stay in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is coming up, so let’s get right down to business so you can start planning your grocery order and delivery!
Depending on the room category you booked, you will have anything from a beverage cooler to a full refrigerator, so it is important to know what you have to plan your order accordingly. The standard rooms (Fireworks view, Resort view, or Water view) will come with a small beverage cooler ideal for keeping a few drinks cool, maybe some leftovers, but won’t get as cold as a refrigerator. The Deluxe Studios at Boulder Ridge or Copper Creek will have a small refrigerator that will be good for some small perishables. The larger 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas or cabins will have your standard-sized refrigerator, just like at home.
With that out of the way, let me walk you through placing an order and setting up your delivery for those items you cannot live without. My family does this on every visit. We like to order items for breakfasts on the go each morning and some snacks to pack for afternoons and evenings in the park. The best part? You don’t have to be there for delivery (unless something ordered requires age verification). A Cast Member at Bell Services will accept the delivery and store them for you (even placing the perishable items in a refrigerator)!
When you place your order, put in the following:
For your name, put: “Guest” followed by the full name on the reservation
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
901 Timberline Dr.
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-8426
Make sure you set the delivery date for your arrival date. If you get to choose a time, I recommend choosing a time as close to check-in as possible so you don’t need to store your items at Bell Services for too long, if at all. But that’s just a personal preference!
I hope this helps, and I hope you enjoy your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place On Earth!
See you real soon!
