Mail Services, you can absolutely have advance deliveries shipped to yourself as a guest at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. I provide some pretty great
instructions for doing this for another guest here.
For Disney’s Old Key West Resort, you’ll find the
physical address here. Scroll to the middle of the page; the address will be on your right. If the order requires a phone number, use your own phone and not that of the resort. Deliveries can start being accepted up to one week prior to your arrival. Bell Services will have your packages available either for you to pick up or to have delivered to your room after you arrive. Note that there is a small handling fee per package received.
Deliveries requiring age verification cannot be accepted; guests are required to be present to accept those. Space for any perishable items might be unavailable or limited, so be sure to order these items for delivery on your arrival date. Since you’ll be saving so much space in your luggage, I hope you’ll treat yourself to some souvenir shopping. My favorite place to find a bit of everything is
