Hi Amanda, My family and I went to Disneyland for the holidays years ago and we had the pot roast at the Plaza Inn.There are so many recipes available on the Disney website but not the Plaza Inn pot roast. Is it possible to get the recipe? Thanks so much!

    Hi there Veronica,

I was coincidentally at Disneyland last night, so I made a special trip to the Plaza Inn to find out about their post roast for you!  Unfortunately, the sweet cast member I spoke with was unable to give me a recipe for the dish, but he was, however, willing to share a few tips!

He said that the beef roast is seasoned and cooked all day in beef broth with onions.  Later, they add in celery and carrots to add to the flavor!  Be sure to cook the roast at a low temperature for many hours, until fork tender,  Next, you'll want to use the remaining juices to make a delicious gravy by adding some flower while simmering on medium heat!

    Hope this helps!
