As far as free dining goes, there's always a
chance, but it's not guaranteed. If you've already booked, and a new promotion is announced,
OR the current one is extended; you can always call and see if it can be applied to your existing reservation. In many cases it can, and it some cases it may require switching resorts, or upgrading to a preferred view from a standard view. The Cast Members at the reservation line will walk you through exactly what needs to be done!
