    Hi, Amanda! I saw that we can bring our own food into Disney World; is that correct? Are there picnic areas in Magic Kingdom? Thank you!

    Hi Mary!

    Yes, you absolutely can bring your own food into the parks! The best idea is to bring a little soft-sided cooler and pack your drinks (no alcohol!), snacks or even meals in it. You can't bring in giant rolling coolers, of course. And security will look through it before you go inside. But it is A-OK to bring your own meals with you! Which, if you're trying to save money or have a very limited diet, this is a good thing!

    As far as where you can eat? There aren't picnic areas per se, but every restaurant has sprawling seating areas. You'll see tables everywhere but probably the easiest to find is The Plaza on Main Street.
