    Hi Amanda! Just saw an article on the Disney blog about the Mickey Glow Ears at DL. Curious on if they light up when NOT close to Mad T Party or WOC? I would love to get some when we come in October, but not if they don't light up otherwise. Thanks!

    Hey there Danielle,

    I am SO excited to help you with this question, because I am the proud new owner of a pair of these fabulous "Glow with the Show" ears which recently debuted at Disneyland.  The hat has an on/off button and the ears will light up as long as they are "on" regardless of where you are located.

    When you are within range of World of Color, Mad T Party, or Luigi's Flying Tires, the ears will synchronize to the soundtrack by blinking and changing colors to the beat!  They're totally awesome to say the least!
