Amanda! Another question! Last time we went (4yrs ago), we were able to put a sum of cash down upfront on our KTTWC, and then use charging privileges based on that amount. When we ran out, we gave them more cash. We don't use CC's..still possible?

Hi Jillian!  Always great to hear from you!

Lots of Disney World vacationers prefer to travel "sans credit card" so you are not alone in this decision. Disney is one of the few destinations that actually makes it easy for people like you who wish to leave the plastic at home.

When you arrive, just let the cast member at check in know that you wish to put down cash in lieu of a credit card for room charging on your Key to the World card.  The policy remains the same and has not changed since your last visit... you will be able to charge up to the amount you have paid against your account and when you reach that limit, simply head down to the desk to add more funds if you wish.

I am so excited about your trip.   I almost feel like I'm going along with you!  Please keep sending those questions... helping others experience magical Disney vacations is almost as fun as planning my own!

    Talk to ya soon,

    Amanda F.
