HI Amanda, love the moms panel ! We are bringing our son to WDW Nov 30-Dec.5 for his 1st visit and 2nd birthday, what would you recommend will be the best light compact stroller to bring instead of his huge travel system stroller, any advise will be great!

    Oh, Amanda!

So glad you asked me a question. I always enjoy meeting another Amanda!

We are doing the exact same---my son's first "real" visit will be for his 2nd birthday. (He went when he was 7 months old but...) I still haven't decided what we're going to do about a stroller. I agree with not wanting to bring the gigantic stroller---and I have a double! Yuck. But those little umbrella strollers aren't very comfy or roomy. And they are so short it's hard for me to push!

So, you're only other option is a Disney stroller. Definitely not comfy and it costs extra dough. The other option is renting a stroller through stroller rental company like orlandostrollerrental.com or abbf.com. I've never done that so I can't give you any advice from experience.

Here we are in the 3rd paragraph and I still haven't answered your question! My suggestion for an light and compact stroller? I have a Combi that is light, folds easily, has a basket, shade and padded seat. It's easy to get in and out of and it's pretty cute, too. (I can't find the exact one online because mine is old, but something like the Combi Cosmo is similar.)

I remember when I was at Disneyland last year that everywhere I looked there were Maclaren strollers and I thought, "Those look awesome!". They were not bulky and very comfy looking. I looked at Babies R Us.com and the Maclaren Triumph or Quest look nice!

If you have any other questions, please let me know!
