Hi there Patty!!! You lucky girl! In my opinion nothing beats celebrating a birthday at the most magical place on Earth, and when it comes to celebrations, Disney does it in style!
My suggestion is, Victoria and Albert's, an incredibly intimate dining experience located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Victoria and Albert's has received the coveted AAA five-diamond recognition for 11 years running making it a highly acclaimed fine-dining establishment, not only in Florida, but also in the USA. At this Signature Restaurant, guests are seated in the lap of luxury from check-in to dessert. Chef Scott Hunnel is an amazing culinary talent and your mouth will water as his masterpieces make their way to your table, course by course. If you wish, be sure to browse the extensive, award-winning wine list and ask for pairing suggestions, as each server is also a sommelier. And speaking of
sans children, guests under 12 are not permitted, so rest assured, you will find yourself relaxing in the elegantly-victorian dining room as the sounds of delicate harp strings fill the air. Your attendants, will be there to cater to your every wish and no evening at Disney's finest is complete without a rose for the lady.
For an extra special experience, I would suggest considering a reservation for the Chef's Table, or Queen Victoria's Room. Please visit
Victoria and Albert's website for more information on these lavish experiences. Reservations are required, so please book online, or by calling (407)WDW-DVNA as soon as possible to ensure availability for your special day!
From the Polynesian, you can easily take a convenient Monorail ride to the Grand Floridian, or maybe you'll opt for a romantic moonlit walk along the beach shores of the Seven Seas Lagoon.
Happy Birthday from all of us here at the Moms Panel! I hope it is the most magical EVER!
