    Do they always tell you before you get there what your room number is?

    Hello Jill,

    Thanks so much for writing to us!  How exciting that you have a Walt Disney World vacation in sight.  In general, you will not know your specific room number before arriving.  Don't fret however, if you have a specific request, location or other preference, please be sure to note this on your reservation online or when you speak to a Cast Member via phone to plan your trip.  While not every request can be accommodated, in my experience, Walt Disney World does everything possible to make your requests a reality.
