We have always stayed at Shades of Green. This year considering a Disney resort for my son's 6th birthday. I can book the Animation-Cars room (son picked from a magazine) for the same price as the Fort Wilderness cabins. Which do I choose?

    Hi, Angel!

It's your little guy's very special birthday, I would let him pick!  You only turn 6 once, and staying at the Art of Animation in a Cars Family Suite is really very cool.  The Cabins in Fort Wilderness are very nice, but that is something that your family can enjoy for years to come.  Staying in "Radiator Springs" is a perfect way for special little guy to spend his birthday.  Ka-Chow!

If he is a big fan of Cars, make sure to stop by Hollywood Studios where he can meet Lightning McQueen and get some great photos of this very famous race car!

Click HERE for some photos of the Cars Suites.  They look so fun!

Wherever you decide, wishing your son the most magical of birthdays.  Have a great time in Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
