We have always stayed at the Polynesian, but due to room availability, we will probably stay at the GF. With three children 7 and under, what are the pros and cons of having to change resorts?

I have had the privilege of staying in both resorts over the years.  The Grand Floridian is a beautiful alternative to your wonderful Polynesian Resort.  Obviously you have become very familiar with the Polynesian and perhaps even know cast members from over the years.  Changing resorts is another way of exploring all the different things that Disney has to offer and meeting new cast members who will be there to help you during your visit.  The Grand Floridian has many of the same dining options from casual to elegant and all the same amenities of a deluxe resort. Your children will have fun exploring the new pools including their zero entry one near the spa, the video arcade, and perhaps the children's programs offered.  Mom and dad can enjoy the spa and relaxed atmosphere the Grand Floridian emits after a busy day in the parks.  Enjoy your vacation with your family. I am hoping my own family will be staying at the Grand Floridian in 2009!
