    Have always done online check-in & able to request and get 1st floor when we arrived at resort (in the early morn).This yr we will arrive @4pm.Any chance we could get a 1st floor room if wait to ask upon arrival after doing online check-in? Staying at

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I also enjoy the benefits of Online Check-In at the Walt Disney World Resorts.  It truly is such a convenient option and benefit of your Disney vacation.  In addition to making any available request when I check-in online, I also like to have requests noted on my reservation by calling (407) WDW-STAY.  No matter what time of day you arrive, Disney will try to honor those requests.  Keep in mind, however, that they are never guaranteed. Despite the best efforts, it is not always possible for Disney to accommodate every request.  As I mentioned, be sure to have your request notated and then wish for extra pixie dust!
