Hello Bernie! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by planDisney to ask us a question.
Happy early birthday to your precious grandson! I can't think of a better way to celebrate a birthday than at The Happiest Place on Earth. I know that you said that you got a message about a limit being reached. Did you purchase your ticket on Disneyland Resort's website? If you did, you may already have a theme park ticket reservation. When you purchase a ticket on the website, it will have you select a day for your visit since every day is a different tier. When you check out, you should have a ticket and theme park ticket reservation. If your ticket already has a reservation and you try to go make a reservation, it will say your ticket has reached its limit. If you are sure you didn't have a reservation before, I would check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar because at the time of writing this there is availability for Disneyland Park on that day.
I suggest downloading the
Disneyland app and linking your ticket to your account in the app. Once you have your ticket linked, go to the "Future Plans" section and if you have a reservation, it would show up here.
Be sure to stop by City Hall when you enter the park to get a complimentary "I'm Celebrating" button for your grandson so that everyone can celebrate his 1st birthday with you!
Bernie, I hope you have a reservation and that everything is good to go to have the most magical celebration for your grandson. See you real soon!
Carrie
