    I already have Walt Disney World tickets for my family, but I am trying to add GENIE + for the lightning lanes and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add this. Can someone help me?

    Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question! I see that your trip is coming so soon - you must be thrilled! I know I would be, especially with The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. You will also arrive just in time for the last day of the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, one of my favourites! I would highly recommend checking out the Expression Section: A Paint-by-Number Mural if you can make it.

    Let's talk about how you can add some punch and pizazz to your magical vacation! There are two ways to add the Disney Genie+ service to your reservation. The first way would be to select the Disney Genie+ option at the "Customize Your Ticket" step of your purchase. Since you have already purchased your tickets, you can also buy the service through the My Disney Experience mobile app on the day of your visit. To do so, simply click on the three lines at the bottom right of your screen and then click on "My Genie Day." You will be able to click on "Get Disney Genie+ for Today" in the "My Day" tab or click on "Book Experience" under the attraction you would like to select in the "Tip Board" tab. 

    Now that we established how to get the Disney Genie+ service let's talk about how you can use your three wishes to get the most out of your Disney vacation! Disney Genie is a complimentary service that you can use in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Indeed, the Disney Genie service considers your preferences and gives you an itinerary that takes real-life conditions into account. To set up your Disney Genie, go into the "My Genie Day" section of your mobile app and click on "My Day." There, you will be able to click on "Get Started Now" and select the parks you will be visiting on the appropriate dates. Then, you will be able to select all the attractions and shows you would like to experience, your favourite Disney characters, park offerings and snacks, and Disney Genie will generate your ideal itinerary! If you have made your Disney Genie+ selections but would like to experience some of the most popular rides, make sure to check out the individual Lightning Lanes! Much like Disney Genie+, individual Lightning Lanes give you a return time and allow you to skip the lines on some of the most in-demand rides. The main difference between the two services is that Disney Genie+ is a one-time purchase, while individual Lightning Lanes prices vary per ride. Individual Lightning Lanes can also be selected and purchased through the "Tip Board" tab of "My Genie Day" in your My Disney Experience mobile app.
