Matthew from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We already had tickets and wanted to transfer them to someone else. The tickets have not been used yet, is this possible

    Hi Matthew,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here with your question about Theme Park Tickets.  I am sorry to hear that you will not be able to use your Theme Park Tickets, hopefully you will be able to get back to the Happiest Place on Earth shortly.

While Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, you should be able to change the name on your wholly unused Theme Park Tickets prior to your visit by calling Ticket Services where a Cast Member may be able to help with your request.  Once you have changed the name on your Theme Park Tickets don't forget to make new Theme Park Reservations as guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day they wish to enter into a Theme Park.  Theme Park Reservations do not transfer with Theme Park Tickets, and must be canceled and rebooked, provided there is still availability.

I hope this information was useful, Matthew.  If you have any other questions please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
