    I already have tickets for my family for Magic Kingdom. Why do I need to also make reservations? The online reservation system wasn't working for days now, do I need to do this some other way?

    Hello Hariklia! I’m really glad that you brought that great question to planDisney! The Disney Park Pass system is still relatively new for many Guests. I’m happy to provide a little explanation as to how Disney Park Pass came to be an important part of vacation planning!

    When the Walt Disney World Resort reopened following a lengthy closure due to the pandemic, the Disney Park Pass System was introduced as a way to manage park attendance. Guests must now have both a valid theme park ticket, as well as a Disney Park Pass reservation to enter a theme park.

    You should be able to make a Disney Park Pass reservation by logging into your My Disney Experience account. If you’re having trouble doing so, please call (407)-939-4357. A friendly Cast Member should be able to provide some assistance!
