    Hi! I have already selected my fast passes for our trip in December, but they do not show up on my phone app. I can view the selection online but not on the app. How can i get them to show up under "my plans" on the app?

    Hi Elizabeth! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for stopping by to bring us your question. 

    It sounds like you’re doing everything correctly, but there might be some tech hiccups going on with your My Disney Experience mobile app. I suggest reaching out to Disney’s Internet Helpdesk where a savvy cast member can troubleshoot with you over the phone and hopefully get you up and running so you can have all your plans available on the go during your magical vacation. The number to reach out to Disney’s Internet Help Desk is 407-939-7765.
