    I have already reserved adn paid for the CRT Character breakfast. My in-laws are now going to get the dining option (they are staying on-site and we are not). Can they get their money back?

    Hi Cheri!

    Some reservations require a credit card for guarantee, and there may be a cancellation charge if not canceled at least one day in advance.

    In the case of Cinderella's Royal Table, pre-payment is actually required, and cancellation charges may be applied if the cancellation is made without sufficient notice.  Specific policies for this would relate to the specific time you booked the reservation, which you did not mention in your question.

    Now, in your case, I am assuming you have already made the reservation for everyone in your party in your name, and paid for it with your credit card.  Reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table made for a group must be made in the name of the person who is pre-paying by credit card.  If your in-laws, who are currently included in this reservation, get the Disney Dining Plan, they can still arrive with you for the reservation, and, upon being seated, inform your server that they would like to use their Disney Dining Plan credits for their meal.  The server will then see to it that your credit card is reimbursed for their meals, and then charge theirs separately to their Dining Plan.
