    I already have reservations for WDW for Dec. 2012. I recently received a 20% off offer in the mail available on resort hotels for the same time I will be there. Can I apply this discount on a current reservation? If so, how do I modify?

    Hi Natalie,

    For existing reservations, you'll need to phone (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639 for any modifications.

    When you call, mention the postcard and you'll need the offer code that is on the mailing. If applicable, you'll be given the option of updating your reservation.

    Prior to agreeing to any modification, make sure that the new offer is a greater savings that anything that has already been applied to your reservation. If the new cost is less expensive, go ahead and change the reservation.

    It's very simple and I've done this on countless reservations for accommodations at Walt Disney World!
