We already have our reservations for June 23-28th. However, my husband's job CANCELLED his vacation because someone with more seniority wanted that week. We might have to come 1 to 2 weeks earlier. How does Disney settle this when money has been paid?

    Hi Catherine,

Thanks for popping in to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm happy to help!

I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with this. I know it's not fun to have to rearrange everything you've already planned when work plans change. The good news is that you know now rather than later and hopefully won't have any trouble changing your reservation. If I've read the cancelation policy correctly, it looks like you won't be charged a cancelation or change fee since it is more than 45 days before your arrival. Just call 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) and a reservation specialist can assist you with changing your reservation. I hope it works out and you are able to go another week.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to help in any way we can!

    Sending you pixie dust,
