Hi Maynor,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
How exciting to hear that you’ve already booked your tickets and entered them into the
My Disney Experience mobile app. In the words of Princess Tiana, “You’re almost there”!
Within your app, in the “Tickets and Passes” section you should confirm that all the tickets you purchased came through when you entered your confirmation number. It sounds like you would have 11 tickets total, nine adult tickets and two children’s tickets. If you aren't seeing all your tickets, connect with the
Existing Tickets help desk.
It also sounds like all the adult tickets might already be associated with names and the children’s tickets aren’t. This is a super easy fix, within “Tickets and Passes”, under the child’s ticket, you should be able to select a little icon to assign the ticket to someone. Once selected, you’ll simply choose “Add a Guest” and enter the child’s name and age. When that step is complete, head back to the “Tickets and Passes” area to make sure their ticket has a name. Then you’ll do this for the other child!
If for some reason this doesn’t help, you can always connect with the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands Cast Members! Once the children’s names are added, remember to book your
Disney Park Passes as well!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your fall trip later this year. If you have any other vacation or planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
