I already have a reservation but would like to add one more person

    Greetings, Marietta!

Welcome to planDisney! Your upcoming autumn visit is sure to leave a lasting impression. There will be festive Mickey pumpkins, delightfully themed treats, and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is returning this year! The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has also kicked off the fall season with tasty dishes from around the world. There are so many amazing experiences to enjoy, and adding an extra Guest to share the magic with only increases the fun!

Adding an additional Guest to your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth can be done through your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. (These changes cannot be done through the mobile app.) You can begin the process of adding to your travel party by selecting the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Locate your upcoming reservation details and click the Change Reservation option located next to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel information. The next page will show your Travel Party with a Change option located to the right. Choose this link to add your Guest in a few easy steps. I have a few quick notes to add. Adding an additional Guest is subject to room capacity restrictions, so if the room sleeps four and you are trying to add a 5th Guest, this change will not be able to be made. Plans booked through a travel agency will not show an option for changes, you will have to add your additional Guest directly through the agent you booked with. And finally, if your reservation is part of a Walt Disney World vacation package, your Guest will also have the same ticket type/number of days added to the package. You can also speak with a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations by phone to make these changes.

Now if by chance you are referencing adding a Guest to a dining reservation, this is a much simpler change. Select your dining reservation in the My Disney Experience app, and choose the modify option. Increase the number of Guests that will be dining to the desired amount and the app will show if there is any availability to accommodate this change. Select the reservation time that fits your itinerary and save your changes. It's that easy!

Once you have added the extra Guest to your stay, don't forget to make those Park Pass reservations. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. Some dates may fill quickly, so I advise making these essential reservations as soon as you confirm your travel plans.

I hope that your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
