    do i already have a reservation?

    Hey there Michael and welcome to planDisney.  Great to see you here and I am going to help you to find out if you have a reservation. There are a few types of reservations: theme park reservations, dining reservations, and Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations.

    To find out if you have any of these you may use your My Disney Experience App or login to your My Disney Experience account through the Walt Disney World Resort website.

    Open the My Disney Experience App on your mobile device. Touch the feature menu (≡) in the lower right corner and navigate to "Future Plans." All your reservations should be listed here according to the dates you have booked them.

    On the website, you will need to hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience dropdown menu near the upper right corner and click on "My Plans." All your reservations should be listed in this area. 

    If do not see any reservations then you do not have a reservation. Purchased tickets will show up as options both online and in the app feature menu section.

    Michael, if you think you have a reservation or made a theme park ticket purchase and you are unable to find it, you may also speak with a Cast Member to help you out.
