    I have already purchased tickets to WD, including theme park reservations. But I can´t buy extensions - genius+ for all days. It keeps giving me "error system". I´m from EU.

    Milan, I apologize for the inconvenience and I would like you to try to purchase the Disney Genie+ service once more after you ensure you are using one of the recommended browsers that support Walt Disney World Resort websites, double-check that your existing Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations are in place and all in your travel party are connected to your Family & Friends list, and then try once more using your Disney account, and if that fails, please try through the My Disney Experience app. If you still wish to modify your existing theme park tickets to include the Disney Genie+ service in advance of your arrival please contact Walt Disney World Resort - My Disney Experience and MagicBands for support.

    If you still have difficulty, Milan, you can still purchase the Disney Genie+ service on a day by day basis without modifying your theme park tickets in advance. You will be able to purchase the Disney Genie+ service on the day of your theme park visit any time after midnight and be ready to make your first selection at 7:00 AM if you are a Disney Resort hotel Guest, or at park opening time if you are staying off-property. In my opinion, I actually prefer this method, because on some days you may find that attraction and experience wait times may be favorable.

    Download the My Disney Experience app to manage your plans anytime and anyplace before or during your visit, and kindly update the Payment Method via My Profile on your Welcome Milan page to facilitate app transactions for vacation essentials, such as adding the Disney Genie+ service and Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering – you will be able to add up to six payment methods to the app.

    Create a Disney MagicMobile pass using the My Disney Experience app to access your theme park admission from your digital wallet on your mobile device with Disney MagicMobile Service.

    Secure your Disney Dining Reservations 60-days from your arrival, and for any difficult to reserve venues, you may join a waitlist with Disney’s Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability using the My Disney Experience app.
