Hi Chasity!
Thank you for your question.
As long as you've purchased a valid ticket to your theme park of choice, you are not required to show a form of identification to get into the theme park. However, as a precaution, you may consider getting some form of ID made for your Mom, on the "off-chance" there happens to be trouble with the ticket when it's scanned for entry. I mention this because a couple years ago, I was entering the
Magic Kingdom theme park, and for some unexplained reason, my ticket (I had a
MagicBand in this case) kept rejecting entry although it was a perfectly valid ticket. The Cast Member had to summon Security and I had to show them my Driver's License for entry. Again, in all my countless visits to Walt Disney World theme parks, that is the one time I had to do this, but it was hugely beneficial that I had my ID in hand to verify I was who I said I was. :-)
May you and your Mom have a splendid, magical time at the Disney Parks!
Terry
