Hi there, Ana! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm thrilled to hear you'll be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth! You are in for quite the fairytale experience, especially with the recent return of many Nighttime Spectaculars! There is no better way to end a day in the parks than with a little sparkle in the sky! Whether you opt for the ever-so-popular
Main Street Electrical Parade,
World of Color or
Disneyland Forever Fireworks, you are in for a magical evening! Be sure to check out this
Foodie Guide to Nighttime Spectaculars at Disneyland to find a tasty treat to satisfy that rumbly in your tumbly while you enjoy the show!
Ana, the error message stating "This pass has reached its theme park reservation limit" means this particular ticket has already reached its capacity for
park reservations. So, if you have a One Day Ticket, you'd be allotted one park reservation. This message usually means that you've already made park reservations. If you
purchased tickets via the
Disneyland Resort Website, you are required to choose a date before completing your payment. The date you select and park you select automatically becomes your park reservation once you check out.
If you want to confirm that you already have park reservations, hop over to the Disneyland Resort Website and log into your account. Hover over the "My Disneyland" icon and select "Ticket and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. On the corresponding page, you'll find all active tickets and park reservation details associated with your account, including the date and starting park chosen for each.
If you believe you should have park reservations, but do not see them, it may be time to call in our Fairy Godparents! You can contact a Cast Member directly at the
Ticket Services Line and they'll get down to business to figure out what is going on!
I hope this helps answer your question today, Ana!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
