I’m sorry to hear that you are receiving this message. Let’s see if I can walk you through a couple of things to check on your reservations. First, did you happen to select your park days when you
purchased your tickets? If so, then you might already have your reservations made. One way to check is by opening the
Disneyland mobile app and seeing if you have any reservations listed on the home screen of the app. If not, then let’s walk through the steps of
scheduling a reservation.
You will want to begin by linking your tickets to your
Disney account. From there, select “Make a Park Reservation”. You will then select the day or days you are wanting to visit, depending on your ticket type. After a quick confirmation, your reservations will be scheduled. If this still doesn’t do the trick, you’ll want to go ahead and give the
Disneyland Resort a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help resolve this issue and get your reservations scheduled.
