Hi Lori! Welcome to planDisney.
This week you are arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Make your own scavenger hunt finding the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection for unique and fun photo opportunities. My favorite is Donald Duck in front of
Cinderella Castle at
Magic Kingdom Park.
Hakuna Matata! Sometimes, theme park tickets
do not automatically show up in your
My Disney Experience Account. Let's get you all set up! Online, hover over "My Disney Experience" and select "My Plans." Choose "Park Tickets" followed by "Link Tickets." You will enter your ticket number or confirmation number emailed to you at purchase. Through your,
My Disney Experience Mobile App click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Ticket and Passes." Hit the "+" sign followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." You will be asked to enter the ID number and hit submit. Bibbiddi-Bobbidi-Boo. You should be good to go! If you have any further issues you should call
The Existing Ticket Help Desk or utilize the chat feature to connect with a friendly Cast Member.
For your
Theme Park Reservations, I want you to FIRST check the
availability calendar as you are visiting during a historically busy time. Make sure the park you wish to visit on any said day has availability. To change your date, you will first have to cancel your current park reservation. You will need to do this online under "My Plans" in your My Disney Experience account. Find your Disney Park Pass reservation and click on "View Details." This will generate a list of confirmed park reservations. All the way to the right is a "Cancel Reservation" tab to confirm this transaction. I will advise you to quickly rebook your correct Theme Park Reservation dates available to you.
Just a heads up, you are visiting during the
Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend presented by
runDisney. For next weekend, many roads will be closed in the morning hours. Please plan accordingly as this can impact your transportation times significantly.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
