Hello Thomas,
Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney, where we always welcome the chance to share suggestions to help you plan your Disney destination vacations.
While the theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort are
nonrefundable, you do generally have some flexibility in
the timing for when those theme park tickets can be used. If you were to purchase a multi-day ticket today, for example, you would need to use the ticket by January 12, 2023, or within 13 days of when you first use the ticket for theme park entry, whichever date comes first. If you were to purchase a one-day ticket, you would need to use that ticket before December 30, 2022, and you'd want to
check for dates for using the ticket. You also have some flexibility in that you can apply the amount you paid for tickets that go unused and expire towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.
In the event that you have a theme park reservation that you need to cancel, you can take care of that cancellation through your
"My Theme Park Reservations" features, and you could then
book new theme park reservations.
My recommendation is to
talk with the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 and speak with them about the specific expiration dates for the tickets you purchased.
Thomas, here's hoping you enjoy a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort. If the planDisney panelists can help offer any suggestions for your visit as you make your plans, just ask. We're here for you and happy to help!
Jerry
