I have already purchased my tickets and have reservations to two parks. How do I add the genie + service to my already purchased tickets?

You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Eric!

Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.

I’m so glad to hEAR you’re planning a magical vacation! Hooray for purchasing your theme park tickets and making your Disney Park Pass reservations, as those are the two things you need to enter the parks. Each park has so much to offer, and I do hope you’ve started thinking about all the fun you’ll be having during your visit.

Eric, to add the Genie+ service to your ticket, you will need to modify it so long as it is eligible to be modified. To do this, head to the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right-hand corner. Next, you will select My Plans and scroll down until you see My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. Under this, you will see “Daily Itinerary” and “Tickets & Memory Maker” on the left-hand side. Please select “Tickets & Memory Maker” and locate your theme park ticket. You should see a “Change Ticket” link near it, and once selected, it is here that you will be able to add the Disney Genie+ service option.

If, for some reason, you do not see this option, I recommend calling Existing Tickets and speaking to a Cast Member who will be happy to look into your account and assist you further.

I hope you have an enchanting time, Eric!
