Hi There! I have already purchased my tickets and linked them to my bands in my account on the app. When I arrive, can I head right to the line up to get in and scan my bands? Or do I still have to visit guest services and show them my Canadian passport?

    Hi Denise,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I recently visited Walt Disney World Resort with a few friends who purchased their Theme Park Tickets with the Special Offer for Canadian residents. Even though they had already linked their tickets to their My Disney Experience account and made their FastPass+ selections, the tickets still needed to be activated at Guest Relations or a ticket counter prior to entering their first Theme Park. So, yes, you’ll have to bring your Canadian passport (or other proof of Canadian residency) in order to have your tickets validated by Guest Relations before you can use the tickets for the first time.

I hope my answer helps you plan your first day at Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
