    Hi, We have already purchased tickets on line and linked them to our account, we would also like to purchase magic bands. Prior to arrival will our magic bands be activated or do we still need to activate them downtown? we are not staying at Disney.

    Hi Katie,

    Woo Hoo!  You are on your way to enjoying a Magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!  If you have purchased MagicBands online or at a retail location you will need to link them first in My Disney Experience.  You may do this by clicking on the following link and selecting the option for linking your MagicBand.  Otherwise simply log-in to your My Disney Experience Account, select MagicBands and Cards from the drop down menu, and scroll to the bottom of the page where you may select the option for linking your MagicBand.
