If I already purchased tickets but changed my mind can I get a refund

    Welcome to planDisney, Julie!

Thank you for stopping by today with a great question. It is a pleasure to assist you as you dream of a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Sometimes life happens and we end up changing our plans, and although all theme park tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable, in some cases you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation (subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase). If you have already purchased tickets, please contact Walt Disney World Resort Ticketing at (407) 566-4985 to confirm the expiration date, discuss options that may be available, and verify if it is possible to apply the value of your unused ticket towards the purchase of new admission for a future visit.

planDisney tip: Be sure to check our Panel Extras as you plan your Disney vacation, and keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for news on all things Disney Parks!

    Best magical wishes,
