Steve from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If I've already purchased a ticket for California Adventure for 5/30/21 can I upgrade to a park hopper ticket and go to Disney land after 1pm. If yes, how do I do that?

    Hey there, Steve.

Welcome to planDisney. I’m glad you’ve stopped by with your question for us. Just a few more sleeps before you get to venture to the Disneyland Resort! I bet you’re excited to experience all the magic and pixie-dusted fun.

I’m glad you were able to obtain a theme park ticket and reservation for Disney California Adventure Park during the long Memorial Day weekend. I just looked at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and I don’t see Disneyland Park as available for May 30th with a 1-Park Per Day or Park Hopper ticket. However, people’s plans do change, and cancellations of park reservations do occur. Since Guests are not able to upgrade to a Park Hopper ticket on their own, I recommend that you check with a Cast Member at a Main Entrance ticket booth when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. If there’s availability at Disneyland Park, the Cast Member can definitely assist you with upgrading your current ticket to a Park Hopper.

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
