    If I have already purchased a ticket and arrive for my trip can I upgrade it to an annual pass during my stay?

    Hi Doris, 

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We love it when guests return with more planning questions! I'm excited you are considering upgrading your ticket to an Annual Pass. I have been an Annual Passholder for several years and plan to be renewing my pass soon. 

    You can upgrade most Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets to an Annual Pass. Special Event Tickets, Complimentary Tickets, and Water Park Tickets cannot be upgraded. You can upgrade your ticket on the My Disney Experience app, at Guest Relations locations, or at any of the Theme Park Ticket Windows. If you have a one-day park ticket, you need to upgrade before or on the day you use the ticket. If you have a multi-day ticket, simply upgrade during one of the days you use your ticket.
    I recommend upgrading as soon as you can. There are wonderful discounts, extras, and limited-time offers available to Passholders through the Passholder Program. I always check in the week before my Walt Disney World Resort visit to be sure I know about all of the current benefits of being an Annual Passholder. I have found several discounts I had forgotten about!
