Lightning Lane Multi Pass for your upcoming visit, but I am so sorry you didn't know about Premier Pass before your purchase. Unfortunately, these add-ons are both non-refundable, and there currently isn't an option to upgrade from one option to the other. I know this is not what you hoped to hear. My suggestion would be to call
Guest Services to ask if you have any options, as you now would rather go with Premier Pass, or check with Guest Services when you arrive in the park at City Hall. The good news is that both are amazing options that will greatly enhance your visit and really let you maximize your time in the parks!
Before you arrive, my pro tip for you would be to make sure you have a payment option added to your profile in the
Disneyland app. This will make
mobile ordering or
merchandise mobile checkout super easy and efficient. Now, you won't have to waste any time entering credit card numbers with each purchase!
