I have already purchased Genie Plus with my tickets but the I try to activate Genie + on the Disneyland app, is says that the parties are "not eligible". When I try to kink the tickets, it says they are already linked. What gives?

Thanks so much for visiting planDisney this week! It's a pleasure to help you!

I'm happy to share that Genie+ is standing by inside his lamp, and he will be ready to grant your wishes as soon as you go through the turnstiles. This happens because Genie+ can only be activated after you enter the theme parks.

If your tickets are linked to your account, and you have park reservations for your desired dates, you should be good to go!

Just tap the Disneyland Mobile App after entering the theme parks and select the plus sign at the bottom of your screen. After that, you must select "View My Genie Day and Tip Board". The next screen will allow you to choose Lightning Lane attractions and purchase Individual Lightning Lanes for attractions such as Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance or Radiator Springs Racers.
