    I have already purchased by Disney park hopper ticket. I would like to add the genie plus service to it. How do I do that?

    I’m so happy that you are here at planDisney! The countdown to your trip is here, and you are almost at Walt Disney World Resort! I am so excited for you and hope you enjoy the Most Magical Celebration on Earth. This month at Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to Celebrate Soulfully with the month-long celebration of Black History Month. There will be so much delicious food, music, and beautiful expressions of culture to mark the celebration.

    “You ain’t never had a friend like” Disney Genie+ service. With Genie by your side, you get to maximize your trip with less time in lines and more time enjoying the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. It will undoubtedly be the perfect add-on to your Park Hopper passes! To add Genie+, make sure that first your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you would like to add Genie+ for the entirety of your stay:

    1. Log onto your My Disney Experience account.
    2. Select “My Plans”
    3. Click on “Tickets and Memory Maker”
    4. Once you are on that page, select “Change Ticket.”
    5. A new page will open, which will ask you to select which ticket you would like to change. Under “Choose Which Tickets to Change,” select every ticket you want to have Genie+ access.
    6. Add on on Genie+

    You can also complete this using your My Disney Experience mobile app if you prefer.

    1. Locate the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
    2. Select the “My Genie Day” tile and click “Get Disney Genie+ Service.”

    If you do not want to use Genie+ for your entire stay and you just want to try it out, you do have the option to purchase a single day instead of modifying your ticket. You can do this through your My Disney Experience mobile app as well.
