I've already purchased Disney base tickets for 3 days (to be picked up at will call). We will be staying at the All Star Movie resort and I wanted to find out if we can pick the tickets up at the hotel or do we have to wait to get to the actual Disney park

    Hi, Brandi!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel and congratulations on your upcoming stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort!

I've purchased tickets online from Disney.com and picked them up when I've checked in at my Resort hotel. It's a very easy process and all you'll need to do is bring your purchase confirmation with you. The Cast Member at the front desk will be able to look up your purchase and either print your tickets for you or add them directly to your Key to the World card, making it super convenient!

I hope this helps! Please feel free to write back in if you have any other questions we can help with.

    Have a Pixie Dusted vacation!
