    I have already purchased my 5 day pass for my upcoming visit to Disney World. How do I add Genie + service before my arrival? When I click the link for purchase Genie +, it takes me to the page to purchase tickets.

    Hi there, Kedra! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for coming to see us! I’m glad to hear that you’ll soon be visiting Walt Disney World and getting to experience Disney Genie service and Disney Genie+! They offer a fantastic way to plan and customize your best Disney days! Disney Genie+ can be added to your entire Theme Park Ticket for use every day by contacting Disney reservations via telephone before your trip. However, as an alternative option, you can add Genie+ each day, and this way, you only use it on days that you need it! You can add this at 7 am each day if staying on Disney property at a Disney Resort Hotel or at Park opening time if staying off property. This can easily be accomplished via the My Disney Experience mobile app!
