I am already planning a trip for next Feb. when my daughter will turn 5. It will just be the 2 of us..we are leaving Daddy and brothers at home. She loves all things princess and girlie. What recommendations do you have for celebrating her special day?

Disney is the perfect place for a little princess!  You and your daughter will have a vacation of a lifetime together!

It will be so important for you to make reservations for a memorable princess character dining meal.  The two most popular are the Akershus at the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT where characters such as Jasmine, Belle, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Mulan often greet their guests.  The other sought after reservation is for the Cinderella's Royal Table at the castle in the Magic Kingdom.  Who can beat that setting for their princess!?!  Cinderella and some of her friends will be there!

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is also a must and many parents like to coordinate it with their dining in the castle.  This is the place for all little girls and guys to have their hair and makeup done and possibly even a new princess dress bought with all the trimmings. (The guys are offered the "cool dude" packages).  For more information about this activity click HERE.  It is offered at the salon in the castle of the Magic Kingdom and also at Downtown Disney.

There are numerous other ways to celebrate your trip so please check out the list by clicking HERE.  As you start your planning process please remember all dining and recreation reservations can be made 90 days out from your arrival date.  Please feel free to write back as you have more specific questions.
