I’ve already planned which parks to visit each day. I don’t have park hopper tickets. I’m staying at Art of Animation. Will I be able to attend the evening Extra Magic Hours of a park if I started out at a different park that day?

Hello Christine, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with such an important question. You must be so excited to start your magical vacation in just a few days!

One of the main reasons I enjoy being a guest of a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel is to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours. Getting in an hour early or staying a few hours later than the scheduled park hours gives me more time to experience some of my favorite rides and attractions. Since you are staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, you can take advantage of getting some extra magic too. However, in order to be a part of the magic, you also need to have valid theme park admission. Unfortunately, you will not be able to begin your day at one park and take advantage of Extra Magic Evening Hours at another park. Once you entered a park for the day, that is the only one you will be able to visit unless you have a Park Hopper Option or Park Hopper Plus Option added to your tickets.  Be sure to check the schedule that you already have planned. You may be able to take advantage of morning or evening Extra Magic Hours if they happen to be available at a park you have planned to visit. Check with a Cast Member upon your arrival for any updated information or schedule changes. Have a magical trip!

    See ya real soon,
