Hi Renee,
Welcome to planDisney! As a fellow Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, I'm happy to help with your question about renewing your Pixie Pass. I'm glad to see you're renewing your Pass, I hope you've enjoyed using it this past year. It's so great to be able to enjoy the theme parks knowing you'll be back soon! I also love being able to take advantage of the discounts on select dining, merchandise and special event tickets - they are great perks! An Annual Pass can be renewed 60 days before and 30 days after the expiration date. If you renew within 30 days of your anniversary date, Guests will receive a special renewal benefit (Guests can log in here and see the benefit). To renew an Annual Pass, there are 3 options: 1. Renew online (you need to be logged in to your My Disney account to see the option to renew)2. Visit any theme park ticket window or if exploring Disney Springs, head to the Disney Springs Guest Relations location3. by phone
Remember that theme park reservations are currently required for Annual Passholders unless it is a good-to-go day so be sure to check the calendar to see if you need to make a reservation. I hope this information helps, Renee. Let me know if you have any other questions!See you real soon,Candace
