    Already paid for trip in Apr 2012. Now I see there's an offer for up to 30% of your room during that time. Can I still get in on this deal even though I've already booked and paid?

    Hi Laura!

    You can certainly check for availability on the new, Special Offer by contacting a Cast Member in vacation package bookings. If your vacation was booked directly through the Walt Disney World site, call (407) 939-7675 and have your confirmation number handy at the time of your call.
    *Note: If your vacation was booked as a package with flights through a travel agent, the agency's restrictions may apply and you may have to have your travel agent make the inquiry call for you.

    Advise the Cast Member that you already have a reservation and would like to switch to the offer (be sure to quote the exact name of the offer that interests you - or code if applicable). The Cast Member will advise you on availability for your resort or dates and assist you by making the changes if applicable. A credit would be issued against your vacation balance or applied back to you.

    Keep in mind that your particular dates or resort may not be available under the offer so it's a good idea to be "open minded" and have a second or third resort choice in mind and your computer handy to peruse resorts the Cast Member may suggest to you during the call.
