What if I already paid for my family members & added each family member to My Disney Experience app using my own email for each of them. How do I go back and have each adult create their own My Disney account password & link to mine?

    Hi Siri,

    Welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations! It sounds like you have plans booked and are counting down the days to your Walt Disney World® Resort visit! Looking at your arrival date, you are just a little over a month away. If I understand your dilemma, you are currently managing plans for all of your guests and now you want them to have their own My Disney Experience accounts to manage their own plans. I do want to note that you could continue to manage the plans. I do so for family members who are never visiting the Walt Disney World Resort without me.

However, if you absolutely want everyone else to manage their own account, I would first have them create individual accounts. Once they have done so, have them send you an invitation to connect through the Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If you have made plans (i.e. vacation package reservation) with the old profiles linked, I suggest that you call to speak with someone in Website Support to make sure the correct profiles are linked to your reservations. I had something similar happen and was glad I called to speak with a cast member.

If you made advanced dining reservations, you should be able to update the profiles linked to each reservation. Just log into the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on Future Plans, and then click on each reservation to update it. Once you click on a reservation, you should see an option to Update Party. One additional suggestion - once you connect with the new accounts for your other guests, I suggest selecting the option to Share All Plans.

If you have not already done so, I also recommend Memory Maker so that you will have access to the digital downloads of your photos taken with Disney PhotoPass® Service photographers. My family loves Memory Maker but I especially love it when traveling with larger groups. While everyone has fun on the trip, I am grateful when we get home to have those photo memories.

Siri, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you get those new profiles connected and plans finalized!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
